- The turning around parts are in full closure, having excellent lubricating conditions. Without old spot on the working bench, avoiding the cross pollution with medicines.
- Around the dosage disc are fixed with shelter, which can reduce the powder leakage between dosage disc and copper disc, the powder can be recycled.
- Adopt the touch screen interface, including PLC programming controller, crystal screen displaying the accumulative output, dynamic empty capsules and medicine powder state, alarming for lacking of capsules and insufficient medicine powder stop, troubleshooting display and so on.
APPLICATION:
The automatic capsule filling machine adopted PLC programmable controller, stepless frequency converter to screen interface with easy operating. With fault or lack of the material, the machine can be automatically alarm and shut down. The machine equipped password input, parameter setting, data printing, re-setting function which make the machine working more safety. The machine main body and powder contact parts were made by stainless steel which meet GMP standard.
