MACHINE STRUCTURE:
Washing machine part
- The water tank bracket is made of 75×45×1.5mm stainless steel square tube, the cleaning tank material is made of thick 2mm 304/2B stainless steel plate, and the drain valve is Φ89mm fast loading butterfly valve.
- The conveyor belt is made of high-strength polyvinyl chloride plastic steel belt. The height of the baffle is 10mm, the length of the conveying section is 3000mm, and the conveying bandwidth is 532mm.
- The conveyor belt bracket is made of thick 2mm304/2B stainless steel plate and 38×25×1.2, 19×19×1.0mm stainless steel square tube.
- The power source is equipped with a 0.75KW manual stepless speed regulating motor and 4 UCF205 bearings.
Sorting machine
- The grading body bracket is made of Φ89×2.0mm, 60×60×2.0mm stainless steel tube and 3mm stainless steel plate, and the material is 304/2B.
- The grading roller adopts Φ125-Φ130mm plastic roller, the number is 4, and the bearing is 4 UCP207 and UCF207.
- The side guard plates and the discharge port are made of 1.0mm thick 304/2B stainless steel plate.
- The staged drum power is 1 set of 1.1KW stepless variable frequency speed control motor.
- Four conveyors are equipped under the classification. The conveyor belt is made of high-strength polyvinyl chloride plastic steel belt with a width of 202mm.
- The grading conveyor belt bracket is made of thick 2.0mm304/2B stainless steel plate, with 16 UCF204 bearings and 1 0.4Kw geared motor.
- Electrical system: one distribution control box, the outer casing is stainless steel, and the electric appliance brand part adopts Schneider. Voltage 220v, 50Hz, single phase power.
