Description
This machine is made of high-quality wear resistant steel, and the other surface and the guide rail are coated with wear resistant Teflon, non-sticky dough, cone spiral, guide rail made of aluminum alloy. Precise assembly guarantees the perfect contact angle between the guide rail and the cone, thus ensuring the dough roundness.
The machine can be used independently, or it can be combined with a block machine, intermediate proofing machine or shaping machine to form a production line.
The activity of the guide rail is adjustable, suitable for the rounding of dough of large and small.
