DESCRIPTION:

The 100-type smoked chicken special smoker is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The difference from the big pot smoked chicken is that the smoked color is uniform, the time and temperature are controllable, and labor is saved.

This machine is mainly composed of furnace body, heating system, circulating air system, smoke generating system, and electric control system.

1. Furnace body:
   all internal components and outer walls of the furnace body are made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant. Hang the product on the trailer, send it into the furnace body, close the furnace door, and then perform cooking and other processing according to the set process parameters.
2. Heating system Cooking part:
   The boiler body is connected with a steam system, and the steam is passed into the boiler body to directly heat the products in the boiler. The steam output can be adjusted according to different products.
3. Circulating wind system

The top of the furnace body is equipped with an electric fan. The high power and large air volume ensure the temperature rise in the furnace, so that the temperature everywhere is uniform, and the quality of the products is stable and reliable.

4. Smoking system

The smoking device is divided into three layers. The upper motor drive system drives the vertical shaft to rotate. The vertical shaft is equipped with a stirrer on the upper layer. The sawdust stored in the upper layer is sent to the tray in the middle layer under the action of the agitator. After the combustion plate is energized, the smoke switch button is pressed, and the sawdust is heated slowly to burn and smoke, and the smoke is sent to the furnace by the fan to smoke the cooked product through the smoke inlet pipe. Both smoke volume and air volume can be adjusted by butterfly valves.
